• This machine is mainly used for high-definition printing of corrugated cardboard, designed to replace some offset printing. Traditional offset printing machines require multiple processes such as pre-printing, lamination, flat pressing and die-cutting, resulting in low production efficiency. Our company's HX high-definition printing machine avoids the above drawbacks: printing, drying, slotting, die-cutting, one-time finishing, with a speed of 180 pieces/minute, high topping printing accuracy, high efficiency, and the use of ink printing, which does not pollute operators and the environment. Especially with the printing structure of adsorption down printing, it ensures that the printing image is not contaminated while making it easier to clean the die-cutting waste, making it an ideal equipment for high-end packaging production

• All main transmission gears are high-precision transmission, made of high-quality alloy steel, carburized and quenched, and ground. High gear accuracy, good wear resistance, and stable operation.
• The entire machine adopt imported Japanese bearings, such as THK, NSK, and NTN.
• The main control electrical appliances are internationally renowned appliances such as Siemens from Germany, Schneider from France, and AirTac from Taiwan.
• Adopting multiple sets of imported ceramic anilox rollers from Japan and equipped with an open scraper system.
• 50-133LPI high and low LPI printing, scraper ink supply system. Suitable for high dot printing on coated paper or kraft cardboard printing.
• The vacuum adsorption box adopts the latest technology, and the supporting bearings of the conveying roller shaft must be equipped with oil cups to ensure high-speed running of the machine. 7.5KW high-pressure centrifugal fan, suction assisted paper feeding, frequency converter adjusted air volume, stable transmission, ensuring smooth transportation of thin, curved and low-quality cardboard, with obvious effects. When printing different sizes of cardboard, pneumatic adjustment of the air volume ensures sufficient air volume for topping printing.
• In order to ensure the quality of printing products in the printing unit and improve printing speed, this machine has specially added infrared drying (imported with temperature control system) and ultraviolet drying. If water-based varnish is used, infrared drying is used. If UV varnish is used, ultraviolet drying is used to ensure high-quality printing of the equipment in high-speed printing.
• Painting process: Before painting, parts undergo rust removal, phosphating, painting, and baking varnish, which can make the paint rust resistant, surface hard, and more durable.
• The entire machine is equipped with a large screen display board that displays the printing speed (displayed in sheets per minute) and production quantity, making it easy for management personnel to see the machine's operating speed and production volume in different directions.
• Centralized dust suction and noise reduction channels, and pulse bag filter relays are selected according to user needs.
• All electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components comply with European CE safety standards.
• The gluing inline part adopts top folding structure to meet the folding needs of large packaging.
• The main transmission adopts independent servo control, which automatically tracks the speed of the main engine and synchronizes the adjustment of the entire machine.
• Folding is equipped with servo deviation correction device, forming wheel device, and combined with overall adsorption transmission to ensure the overall forming effect of the cardboard box, effectively controlling the size opening and scissors opening, making the packaging box forming more stable and beautiful.
• The correction section arranges the flapping, calibrating, counting, delivery, making it convenient for subsequent packaging

QUALITY/QUANTITY DISCREPANCY AND CLAlM

1. ln case the quality and/ or quantity are found by the user to be not in conformity with the contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the user may lodge claim with the seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for which the insurance company and/or the shipping company are to be held responsible.
2. The claims should be filed by the user within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.

WARRANTIES

1. All the equipment supplied by the seller shall be of good quality, brand new and free of defect, in accordance with design and specification.
2. The warranty period is 1 year after sign the act of acceptance between the seller and user.
3. Duration Of Warranty:
Seller's obligation shall commence on the effective date and continue through the period ending 1 year after sign the act of acceptance. Within the indicated time seller shall make good or replace by his force and on his account defective/worm block, parts or any parts thereof, spare parts which do not allow to normally utilize the equipment and produce amounts intended. Replaced defective parts.
4. Installation Services:
After customer get all machines we will arrange engineers to oversea to install the machine (the specific installation time depends on the local conditions).
5. When there is a problem with the machine or the customer cannot operate the machine, we will immediately give the customer's solution and video to help the customer run the machine.
